• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or stock availability.

 

2. Payments

 

• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD), additional service fees may apply.
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment (except for COD).

 

 

3. Shipping

• Standard delivery fee: AED 30 across the UAE.
• Delivery time: up to 5 working days from order confirmation.
• Please ensure that your contact and address details are accurate to avoid delivery delays.

 

4. Return & Exchange

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3–4 days from receiving the order.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method (except for COD, which is eligible for exchange only or store credit).
• Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
• In case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

 

5. Product Information

We strive for accuracy in all descriptions, images, and prices. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or scent may occur due to lighting or manufacturing updates.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled under UAE jurisdiction
