At I AM, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with a smooth shopping experience. Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 to 4 days from the date of receiving the order.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase — except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which are eligible for exchange only or store credit.

• The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
• Perfumes, personal items, or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
• Opened or used perfumes are strictly non-returnable or refundable.
• In case of a manufacturing defect or receiving a wrong item, the return shipping will be covered by us.
• Otherwise, the customer bears the delivery cost of the return or exchange.
• Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
