Shipping Policy 

At I AM, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible across the UAE. Please read the following shipping terms carefully:

 

1. Delivery Time

• Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days inside the UAE.
• During busy seasons or promotions, delivery may take up to 7 days.
• You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped.

 

2. Delivery Fee

• A flat AED 30 delivery fee applies to all orders across the UAE.
• Free delivery may apply during special offers or campaigns.

 

3. Order Confirmation

• Orders paid online are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD), please ensure your contact details are accurate. Unreachable numbers may cause delivery delays.

 

4. Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver to all Emirates within the UAE.
• International delivery is not available yet, but will be launched soon.

 

5. Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed or you have not received it within 7 days, please contact us through WhatsApp or email.
• In case of a wrong or damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

6. Responsibility

 

• Once the order is handed over to the courier, I AM is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, incorrect addresses, or lack of response from the customer.
